Clean room dedicated floor drain is the sanitary floor drain produced by our company for clean rooms and sterile rooms and complies with the latest GMP specification; made of 304# or 316L stainless steel; the surface is smooth and easy to mount; fixed and movable water seals are optional; the product fully complies with the latest GMP specification with strong practicability; 

Why use clean room dedicated floor drain?
With the publication of the latest GMP specification in 2010 and the close technical exchange of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical industries, the pharmaceutical industry in China pays more and more attention to the professionalization and refinement of purification equipment and parts. Recently, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine began to curb the problems in drug and food quality, and set higher standards on the production. Most water seals of floor drains used in the clean rooms couldn't meet the GMP requirements on drainage, excavation, overflow, moth-prevention and deodorization.
Our company has designed the dedicated floor drain for clean rooms and sterile rooms, and improved the design according to the latest GMP. It successfully solves the technical problems in drainage, excavation, water seal, air seal, spray-cooling of mixed water &vapor flow and new high-water seal floor drain. It is dedicated for purification workshops and clean rooms (new GMP certification). The product integrates 2mm thick wall and 2.5mm thick cover, made of 304# or 316L stainless steel.

The standard dimensions of the product are shown below:
Standard size of upper cover: 140mm, 160mm, 180mm, 230mm, 300mm
Standard size of inner cavity diameter: 108mm, 133mm, 159mm, 219mm
Standard size of lower drain pipe: ф51~63, ф51~89, ф51~159

Features of clean room dedicated floor drain:

1. The drain is made of 304# (316, 316L) stainless steel with smooth and bright surface;
2. The top cover uses concealed handle to ensure coordination with the ground and the leveling;
3. Clean floor drain uses dual seals (air seal and water seal combined with each other) to ensure the tightness;
4. Comparing with common floor drains and cleanout openings, it can prevent corrosion caused by soaking in water for long time and extend the service life significantly;

Instructions for use for clean room dedicated floor drain:
1. After washing the clean floor drain, only need to fill appropriate amount of disinfectant into the floor drain to ensure clean production environment;
2. To wash the removable floor drain, pull out the drain pipe, empty the sewage, wash thoroughly and put it back; No dead corner for sanitation, used for sterile room drainage.

Stainless Steel Mounting Box of Differential Pressure Gauge
Stainless steel mounting box of differential pressure gauge is made of 1.2mm thick 304# stainless steel. The product is one-step stamped and formed. The surface is polished, smooth and bright. It is beautiful and easy to clean and fix. The low pressure end with a stainless steel finished part, completely solves the rough andrisky practice with one piece of exposed hose and complies with the requirements of GMP and FDA.
